Additional Costs:
- The above fees are based on usual attendances and exclude GST.
- The above fees are based on standard and uncomplicated attendances. Extraordinary attendances will be charged on a time andattendances basis.
- Conveyancing Costs: If the Trust buys a property my standard conveyancing costs apply, namely $850,00 + GST + Disbursements.
(Included in these costs are execution of the bank's loan and mortgage documents and personal guarantees which would otherwise normally incur extra charges).
- Disbursements are Additional which may include any or all of thefollowing:
- Land Titles Office Searches.
- Registration of Transfer and Mortgage and other Land Titles Office documents, and Agency charges.
- Company Office Searches, PPSR Searches.
- Office Disbursement Charges (Usually 3.5 % of Gross Fee).
- Prices subject to change for extraordinary attendances.
